Clearing Energy for Presence: Mindful Movement - 46 mins

Calm your busy mind with these Qigong and Yoga movements, so you can feel more present. Once your nervous system is prepared to relax, we’ll do a guided meditation either seated or lying down. You might be surprised to find that you actually can meditate!

Prepare for Sleep: Restorative Yoga & Breathwork - 55 mins

Try this practice of gentle Restorative poses and breathwork to calm your body and mind for better sleep. This class includes specific breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, along with a vocalizing (easy chanting) practice to stimulate the relaxation response through the Vagus Nerve.

Floor-Based Stretch & Strengthen - 39 min

The entire practice is done on the floor (lying down or seated), so it’s easy on the wrist and knee joints. It’s a great all-around session, with some relaxed stretches, some core strengthening, and some attention to the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and upper back, too.

Smiling Psoas (Hip Flexor Relief) - 35 mins

The psoas is the main hip flexor muscle, located at the front of the hip, and it connects to the lumbar spine. In a short amount of time, you can bring a “smile” to the psoas, by releasing tension in this key area.

Body Scan Meditation in a Yin Yoga Pose - 10 min

This short practice combines Mindfulness Meditation with a Yin Yoga stretch. You’ll be guided through a Body Scan within the lovely Banana Pose!
