Let’s practice Mindful Movement and Meditation together!

 

I teach online Mindful Movement and Meditation classes, online Yin Yoga classes, and private sessions on Zoom. We can practice together virtually anywhere!

Livestream classes have a set date/time and allow you to interact with me and the other students. This type of session is great when you need the accountability of showing up for a live class. And, it’s always wonderful to connect with a community of fellow practitioners.

The Moved To Meditate Class Library, on the other hand, is a collection of pre-recorded video practices that you can access at any time. These on-demand classes offer flexibility – you can search the library for classes of a certain length (15-60 minutes) or a certain theme (like gratitude, balance, or shoulder mobility).

When you’re ready to go deeper and address your individual needs, private sessions are the best way to explore and get your questions answered. I offer one-on-one mindful yoga therapy and meditation coaching sessions.
