Attend a Live Online Class
Our MTM Live classes take place on Thursday mornings at 9-10 am Pacific. We start our 5-week Late Fall series, Ground, Center, and Reset on November 14th.

Each Tuesday, you will receive an email reminder with the Zoom link for that week. Shortly after class, I will send you the unedited Zoom recording to practice with until the more polished version makes it into the Class Library.

Ease In To Meditation: 8-Week Course
Ease In To Meditation is an 8-week Intro-to-Mindfulness course, where you will learn the basic principles and techniques of Mindfulness Meditation…but in movement FIRST.
By practicing along with this course, you will get familiar with mindfulness skills in movement, explore traditional meditations with greater ease and confidence, and learn to fit mindfulness breaks into your day.
Yoga Tools for Better Sleep Workshop
