Yoga, Qigong, and Mindful Movement Classes in Vancouver Washington

In addition to my Moved To Meditate classes, I also partner with local organizations to offer Mindful Movement classes in Vancouver Washington and Portland Oregon. Some of my offerings are not open to the general public (such as the classes I teach at an eating disorder recovery center), but one of the below sessions may be a fit for you.

You can also reach out if you have an idea for a new class. I would love to collaborate on Yoga, Qigong, Mindful Movement, or Meditation sessions here in our local community!

I teach a virtual Qigong class twice a week through Legacy’s Cancer Healing Center, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Qigong is a gentle mindful movement practice inspired by nature its seasonal cycles. These classes can improve strength and balance, relieve tension, and encourage a peaceful state of mind. Qigong movements are easy on the joints, and can be done standing or seated in a chair – no need to get down to the floor.

Taught by Addie deHilster, Qigong Instructor and Yoga Therapist. Open to anyone with a cancer diagnosis (past or present), as well as their family members and/or caregivers.
