Training Cancellation Policy

We hope you will not need to use this information, but here is the cancellation policy just in case:

If the trainers or organizers (Addie deHilster/Moved To Meditate) must cancel a training that you have enrolled in, your full tuition will be refunded.

If you must drop out of a training you’ve registered for:

• full refund offered if cancellation happens more than 2 weeks (14 days) before the training (fees for credit card processing may be charged.)
• refund minus deposit ($150 for Yin trainings, $300 for MMTT) if cancellation happens less than 2 weeks before the training starts, because of the work already done to facilitate your participation, and due to the likelihood that we will not be able to fill your spot last-minute.
• no refund if cancellation happens after the training has started, due to the fact that you have received proprietary training materials, attended sessions, and because your participation to this point has required administrative work. The same guidelines apply for payment plans. For extended payment plans (that complete after the training program has begun), trainee is committed to completing all payments, as agreed upon at time of registration, even if they decide to drop out of the program.
